It is essential that your passport remains valid for a minimum of six months beyond your planned duration of stay and contains at least two blank pages.
The application form must be filled out accurately and signed.
Two recent color photographs that are passport-sized.
Documentation demonstrating onward travel (departure) from Guyana.
Documentation showing adequate funds to support your stay, such as recent bank statements.
Proof of travel insurance and medical expenses for the duration of your stay.

When residing with friends or family, it may be necessary to obtain a notarized invitation letter from your host in Guyana. Additionally, a letter from your employer outlining your job title and the length of your employment, or documentation proving business ownership if you are self-employed, may be required.
Furthermore, a personal cover letter detailing the purpose of your visit and outlining your travel itinerary should also be included.

Ensure that you have assembled all necessary documents as outlined previously.
Present your application form along with the supporting documents to the embassy or consulate.
Remit the required visa fee as per the instructions provided by the embassy or consulate.
Await the processing of your visa application.
Upon approval, retrieve your visa according to the directions given by the embassy or consulate.
