Travelers arriving from or passing through nations where there is a risk of yellow fever transmission must have a yellow fever vaccination certificate.
The Rwandan Embassy or Consulate may require an interview.
The visa application fee is non-refundable, even in the event that the application is denied.
Either French or English must be used for all documents. They need to be certified and translated if they are in Urdu or another language.
