Valid Passport: It is essential that your passport remains valid for a minimum of six months beyond your planned duration of stay and contains at least one blank page designated for the visa stamp.
Completed Application Form: The application must be filled out accurately and signed.
Photographs: Two recent color photographs that are passport-sized.
Travel Itinerary: Documentation demonstrating onward travel (departure) from Zimbabwe.
Accommodation Proof: Either hotel reservations or an invitation letter from a host residing in Zimbabwe.
Financial Proof: Documentation showing adequate funds to support your stay, such as recent bank statements.
Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate: A vaccination certificate is mandatory if you are arriving from a country where yellow fever transmission is a risk.

Proof of host invitation and residence is required if you are not staying at a hotel.

Time can vary but, it is recommended to apply at least 2-3 weeks before departure.

Online Application: Zimbabwe provides an electronic visa application system. Applications can be submitted online through the official e-Visa website.
Prepare Documents: Collect all necessary documents as outlined previously.
Submit Application: Fill out the online application form and upload the required documents.
Pay Visa Fee: Remit the relevant visa fee online as directed during the application process.
Await Processing: Remain patient while your visa application is being processed.
Receive e-Visa: Upon approval, your e-Visa will be sent to you via email.
